2. After a project launches, progress tracking, file management, personnel allocation, and resource utilization are visible at a glance.
3. After project completion, conduct a project summary along with interview-based survey scoring.
4. The system includes: home page search across all projects, project basic information, project file overview, project Gantt chart, and project logs.

A project is divided into four phases. Phase 1 is preliminary preparation: complete basic information, confirm requirements, responsible persons and participants, location, scale, and funding. Then conduct site surveys and upload materials. Finally, perform a comprehensive project evaluation covering venue, personnel, equipment, and an overall assessment to determine whether the project can proceed; if the final evaluation result is negative, the project ends. Phase 2 is mid-stage preparation, covering the technical proposal, equipment list, and tendering. Tendering requires confirming the supplier, funding, and rationale for supplier selection, then uploading quotation templates and technical approval forms for confirmation. Phase 3 is execution, consisting of work plans and various forms, supported by logs documenting progress and issues. Phase 4 is the wrap-up stage, including the project summary and mutual questionnaire-based review for improvement.

1. Our software helps you manage projects in an organized, goal-oriented manner with clear milestones, ensuring projects are completed properly and to your expectations. It can be used anytime, anywhere, whether in the office or on-site. View project files, responsible persons, date milestones, and upload files via the web interface. When on-site, there is no need to worry about missing colleagues' log entries; the mobile app lets you view project logs anytime and participate in comment discussions, ultimately achieving a successful project conclusion with scoring and evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
2. Managers can use the Gantt chart to view project progress and task status. Logs reveal issues encountered by participants and whether communication is impeded. Uploaded files provide insight into requirements, technical details, and procurement specifics.
3. Team members can view their current and upcoming tasks via the Gantt chart. Daily project issues are recorded through logs, and uploaded files keep other colleagues informed of project details.

1. After creating a project, the entry page shows the basic information page under the project workflow. The left side lists the tasks required for each project phase (expandable), the center is the main content area, and the right side displays operation history for the current page.
2. Only checked requirements appear under Preliminary Preparation - Requirements, Mid-stage Preparation - Technical Proposal, and Logs, and are shown as actionable.
3. Right-clicking on the file upload page allows you to create folders and perform operations.
4. If the final evaluation result is set to No, Mid-stage Preparation, Execution, Logs, and Summary will be frozen and non-executable.
5. Asset packages returned from the asset project interface can be bound; once bound, it indicates that this project requires the contents of that asset package.
6. Files can be uploaded (images are previewable) and text information can be entered. The aggregated log view displays logs across all requirements, while requirement-specific views show only corresponding entries. Mobile input and viewing are supported for on-the-go work.
7. The project files module shows all files for the current project and supports upload and other operations.
