Products

We have been dedicated to the development and deployment of control, management, monitoring and automation systems in the broadcasting industry for over a decade, accumulating extensive product and project experience. Our products are highly adaptable and widely applied to system management and control in studios, playout, transmission, Master Control Room (MCR), earth stations, OB Vans (outside broadcast vans), satellite uplink vehicles / DSNG vehicles, flyaway stations, equipment rooms / machine rooms, and more. We also provide comprehensive solutions for building large-scale broadcast command & dispatch centers.

Satellite Uplink Vehicle Monitoring System

I. Overview

The Satellite Uplink Vehicle Monitoring System is a software system tailored for satellite uplink vehicle and flyaway station systems, supporting monitoring of critical equipment, equipment and signal chain monitoring, topology routing display, dynamic parameter display, remote diagnostics, and other functions. It features mature, stable implementations with extensive project references, providing optimal solutions for users.

2. Supports spectrum analyzer status monitoring with spectrum waveform display in software; includes a system debugging interface for intuitive viewing of spectrum waveform and downlink video status. When waveform or video anomalies occur, the uplink signal can be restored by adjusting the power amplifier and related parameters.

- Professional offline diagnostics system

Core of the offline diagnostics system - monitoring system snapshot

A snapshot is a cache describing the current status of all devices and signals managed by the monitoring system. Like taking a photograph, it saves the current state as a file in environments such as vehicle-mounted monitoring, allowing remote diagnostics tools to open and analyze the content, inspect and evaluate the system status.

Offline diagnostics system workflow

Advantages of offline diagnostics

Convenient:Satellite uplink vehicles / OB vans (outside broadcast vans) can receive authoritative expert diagnosis and adjustment recommendations on-site, avoiding the difficulties of being isolated without support;
Fast:Through the remote diagnostics toolkit, expert diagnosis can be obtained in a very short time, helping to seize the optimal timing for production and broadcast tasks;
Cost-effective:The remote diagnostics toolkit enables remote consultation and local troubleshooting for satellite uplink vehicle / OB van (outside broadcast van) anomalies, maximizing expert efficiency and system effectiveness;
Authoritative:The remote diagnostics toolkit allows department experts to remotely guide on-site production and broadcast activities from the office. Combining expert experience and judgment with on-site personnel's observations and rapid execution makes the fault diagnosis process more professional, intelligent, and efficient.
